RCCIWA Members Headed to Parliament House – June 2017

Wed 03 May 2017

Just three months after the 2017 state election and with a new Government to meet, RCCIWA are privileged to be holding the first of its biannual meetings at Parliament House in June to discuss issues of priority for regional business communities and ways we can work together to deliver positive change and genuine opportunities for economic growth and development in regional Western Australia.

Building on a tradition that commenced in 2002, representatives from all over Regional WA gather at Parliament House to meet with various Members of Parliament including The Premier, The Leader of the Opposition and many Ministers .This is an excellent opportunity for both the members of RCCIWA and all of the MP’s as this meeting delivers direct information from the business communities themselves who then have the opportunity to be involved in delivering great outcomes for their own broader communities.

With a new State Government, our first meeting of 2017 will be an excellent opportunity to hear from WA Labor as well as meet with newly elected Members of Parliament and the new Leader of the Opposition and the new leader of the National Party of WA. If you have an issue or a question that you would like raised, contact your local Chamber and let them know and we will ensure your voice is heard.
